Chef
Gary Martin is a fully qualified Chef de Cuisine with a Diploma in Food
and Nutrition from W.A. College of Applied Science. Fully certified in
Culinary Arts Management, Chef Martin also has certification
in HCCAP and has developed policies for Safe Food
Handling. Plus, those with religious
requirements can rest assured that he has kosher- and
halal-accreditation.
Chef Martin can cater to all
styles of food -- from Asian to Western to Traditional French. He is
also a pastry and dessert chef with training in chocolate work.
